Refunds

No returns on light bulbs or nutrients. Approved items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements and therefore must be evaluated and pre-approved for return. We cannot accept returns on special orders. A 20% restocking fee may be charged on all return goods.

If you have an item that needs to be returned, please contact us at info@waytogrow.net or call 303-473-4769 (to be updated before launch) so that we may issue a return authorization number.

Any shipping fees for returns of online purchases are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is of high value, please consider adding insurance to your return. Refunds will be issued within seven business days of receipt of the returned product. When sending a return, please keep your tracking number for reference purposes. Include all original packaging and your provided return authorization number and proof of purchase with the contents. Any incomplete returns will be sent back to sender.
