Refunds
14 Day Return Policy
Customers may receive a cash or credit refund for products that meet all of the following criteria:
- Items must have been purchased from Way to Grow and returned within 14 days of purchase
- New and unused in the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt
Exclusions (final sale & non-refundable):
- All special orders
- Custom or semi-custom orders
- Nutrients, soils, & mediums
- Trimming machines
- Lamps & bulbs
- Grow tents
- Custom trays
- Harvest tools
- Discontinued products
Any shipping fees for returns of online purchases are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is of high value, please consider adding insurance to your return. Refunds will be issued within seven business days of receipt of the returned product. When sending a return, please keep your tracking number for reference purposes. Include all original packaging and your provided return authorization number and proof of purchase with the contents. Any incomplete returns will be sent back to sender.
