What methods of payment do you accept?

Can I order something I don’t see online?

We have a large inventory of items and some items may not be listed online.  If you are placing an order and don’t see an item you need, please contact us here for more info.

How do I order in volume? Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, you can order in volume and we do offer volume discounts, however, we recommend that you set up a commercial account for any volume purchases. Our commercial division is best equipped to handle all volume orders and shipments. Please see below for questions on commercial accounts or visit our Commercial page for more info.

What do I do if a product is damaged when it gets delivered? What if an item is missing?

Way to Grow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly via email at info@waytogrow.net to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Can I track my orders?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing an order.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns on undamaged, unopened items with proof of purchase. To start a return, please email info@waytogrow.net No returns on special orders. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Any shipping fees for returns of online purchases are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued within seven business days of receipt of the product.
