Desert Nectar is a highly concentrated extract from the Yucca schidigera plant. This special evergreen tree is native to the Mojave and Sonoran Deserts and is unique in that it requires no water in the Summer due largely to the fact that it naturally has a high content of steroidal saponins. These compounds increase the plant’s ability to use water and nutrients more efficiently requiring less frequent feeding and irrigating. This Yucca schidigera is cold-pressed to preserve the saponins so they may provide many benefits to the garden.
