Shipping Policy
Most domestic orders within the continental U.S. are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving order, (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS). After you have selected your shipping type, our website calculates your shipping costs by linking directly into UPS’s shipping calculator. Shipping costs are based on weight, dimension of products, and the distance traveled. Shipping costs can also occur depending on the class of service requested.
*Note: When shipping types are selected, WTG is not promising selected shipping type time from date of order, rather from date of shipping. This can take up to 2 business days of receiving order (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS).
Placed orders will usually be received, packaged, and shipped on the same day if received earlier than 3PM Mountain Standard Time. In most cases this is possible, but not guaranteed. It takes time to collect, package, and ship orders in a quality manner.
Any orders over $250.00 will be required to have a signature upon receiving order. With this added security measure, there is no extra charge to you.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and demention of your products, as well as your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order or change shipping type before completing transaction.
If an order is shipped to you and it is returned to our stores as undeliverable mail you will be liable for any return shipping charges Way to Grow may incur. If your order is requested to be re-shipped the shipping charges will be yours' to incur even on "free shipping" eligible purchases. If your order is returned and not re-shipped you will incur the restocking fee of 15% or in store pickup is available. Please carefully check your shipping address and phone number at the time of purchase. Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the rest of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the remainder of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
In Store Pickup
In store pickup will be available within 2 business days of purchase, as long as stock allows. If you want to pickup sooner CALL for availability.
International Shipping
We do NOT deal in international shipping at this time, we will however send RMA items to corresponding countries.
Return Policy
WaytoGrow.net is an authorized dealer for every product that is carried by WTG Inc. If our products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, we will honor and in most cases speed up the process of getting your product back in your hands. With an on hand RMA staff member at each of our stores including our website, we are usually able to repair minor problems with your products in house. (without voiding your’ warranty)
If a product you have received from WTG seems damaged, please contact us immediately. We will replace any factory default or shipping damaged products, and ship to you at no cost. If the item is repairable, we will fix the product in house and send back out to you with no charge. Make sure you contact us immediately. You have 5 business days from date of receiving goods to make a product damage complaint.
If any mistake has occurred with your purchase, PLEASE contact us immediately. We will try to cancel or change the order, but after purchase is completed, there are no guarantees that the order can be changed or canceled.
