I'm always surprised when people say bad customer service or forget about getting help from the employees that work there. My experience at the store is exactly the opposite Jacob immediately came over and asked if I needed help which I did he then walked me around the store to all of the products I was looking for specifically and even told me about some possible upgrades with better equipment. I will come back to the store and I will spend my money there. In my opinion everything is about your own attitude as well thanks a lot Way To Grow I appreciate it.
Bought some lights online and 2 of them died on me. The online company wouldn't even return my calls or emails. I called Sunlight who turned me over to Way To Grow. They exchanged my bad lights for new ones without much hassle. I call that great customer service! I will be shopping here all the time.
